I am a medical Cannabis user that got raided in May & today I met with the D.A. Denis Tracy of Whitman County, Colfax, WA. I informed them that no matter the outcome of the meeting, I was going after them for damages. They got worried and closed the meeting till they cal talk to my Civil case Lawyer. LOL

I have found a flaw in Federal Law that will end it being a level 1 drug. On May 4th of this year Brett Myers made a raid for Marijuana on Michael ( Adam ) Assenberg, Due to this raid, Brett Myers violated Federal Law under US Title 21 Section 812 Sub-Section (B). Under this Federal Law dated on 01/22/2002, For a drug to be schedule 1 drug, it must ( NOT ) have ( ANY MEDICAL VALUE ) in the United States! Thanks to the raid that took place, the Federal Cancer and the Federal Veterans Medical center can be brought into court and state how they know of it's Medical value and allow users to smoke it for Medical reasons. This will prove that the U.S. Dept. of Justice, the FDA and the DEA have super-ceeded their powers as listed by Congress for violating Sub-Section (B) of Federal Law under that Federal Title. Finding out this info has caused this Court Action to take place and on the 19-21 I will be on Stage at the Seattle Hemp Fest, speaking to Thousands about this loop hole in Federal Law.
